158 MILLION SEPARATE PARTS – 191.000 CARS IN 9 WEEKS?

CERTAINLY… WE HANDLE IT!

On behalf of a Danish customer, we had the task packaging 20.000 toy cars weekly in 9 weeks. Each car consists of more than 300 different units (shown on the board) and of more than 800 parts in total to the building set. The task was inevitably attended on the time and at the price agreed upon – and a lot of the 191.000 cars are undoubtedly successful in nurseries all over the world today.

THAT IS MONTLY!

To one of our customers, who manufactures diverse safety equipment for protection of children, we fit, among other things, these bars with handles of which, some become gratings at stair falls etc. Springs, screws, rivets and different special parts have to be fit in each handle. It comes into being more than half a million handles yearly.

STORAGE ROOMS – REMOVAL – MOUNTING….

IN ONE WEEK-END….

A customer required moving his main storage to 2B Pack. During one weekend 25% of all goods, racks and machinery were taken down, transported to 2B Pack, mounted and goods organized. On Monday morning we were ready to attend picking, cutting out, packaging and forwarding.

During the following 3-4 weeks the remaining of the stock was moved and henceforth, 2B Pack was the only responsible for the continuous operation. A task which 2B Pack and the employees attended and keep attending to the entire satisfaction of everyone.
